This is the Spilo-17 4.0-p3, Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy) image updated with the most recent patches to minimize known vulnerabilities. • Let Patroni initialize the database: a manually run initdb from a debug shell bypasses the shipped collation pin, so that cluster can warn about a collation version mismatch — run it with the pin preloaded, e.g. LD_PRELOAD=/usr/local/lib/rf-collation-glibc-version-pin.so initdb -D <data-dir> (pin path also in /usr/share/rapidfort/collation-contract.txt).
